Responsibilities:
? Supervising costing team.
? Develop Lubricants costing scheme and set up full supply chain costing model, optimizing full supply chain cost.
? Design new product costing formulation, Calculate New product full cost and feedback business to support quotation.
? Follow group and affiliate KPI on Cost efficiency and progress improvement .
? Crude oil and Base Oil trend analysis.
? Be responsible for AB costing implementation and maintenance.
? Take care of Product Costing and Cost analysis .
? Review and analyze Fix Cost on monthly basis.
? Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual various Costing report.
? Review Inventory Scrap and Provision on monthly basis, and make sure proper provision being provided.
? Working Capital improvement.
? Support annual budget on Margin and Fix Cost.
? SAP costing issue review on daily basis and trouble shooting.
? Ad-hoc project support
Requirements/Qualifications:
? BS degree in Accounting or Economy (or equivalent) or above is required.
? 6+ years working experience with MNC, and 3+ years experience at costing management position.
? Solid professional knowledge in costing, sound understanding of manufacturing environment and production process.
? Strong proficiency in ERP & other basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
? An ability to think strategically and assist the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team.
? Good analytical, report writing & excellent communication and interpersonal skills (eye for details).
? Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
? Willing to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
? Being a strong team player.
? Proficient in both English and Chinese.
? Willingness and ability to travel.
