HR Supervisoor
Report to: HR Manager
The Lead HR will be responsible for supporting HR manager with cross HR functional support for the organization, including training, organization development, employee relation and communication in purpose of supporting substantial business growth.
A. Be responsible for developing annual training plan, administrating the execution & training effectiveness assessment & improvement.
B. Support and Implement APEX (Achieving performance excellence) performance evaluation system to achieve a high performance culture.
C. Implement and maintain Employee Survey program including mapping, action plan and follow up to ensure high employee engagement.
D. Creative a process to evaluate and update the communication plan on an annual basis, including employee input and measurement of communications results to improve communication effectiveness.
E. Ensure HR activities fully comply with legal requirement and Eaton policies; Assist with HR Manager to deal with labor dispute.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
1. Bachelor degree or above. 5-7 years HR experience in MNC manufacturing industry;
2. Positive attitude, proactive, good communication skills, and a great sense of commitment;
3. With strong interpersonal skills, good organization and planning skills, and ability to manage more than one task at a time, can work under pressure;
4. Solid understanding and exposure to employee engagement improvement, performance management as well as HR functional excellence implementation;
5. Problem solving;
6. Be familiar with general HR practices and knowledge of China Labor
