Company Hydraulics Group in Jining, Shandong Province has an opening for Product Manager.
Essential Functions:
Marketing responsibility for the Product globally and all steering products sold in China
Participate in a cross-functional team to manage the product line.
C.Monitor P & L results and recommend changes to meet Company top and bottom line
objectives
Propose prioritization of Engineering development activities
Interface with the Company Sales Team, Distributors and customers to promote and support
the sale of Steering products. Interface includes both commercial and technical support
Gather and analyze market data from various internal and external sources
Sponsor major and minor new product programs including research, identification of
potential, specification, financial analysis, resource requirements, and presentation to
appropriate levels of management
Participate in Pre-launch activity to support Group level funded technology projects
Maintain the integrity of the product line price structure worldwide of product and features
with respect to market and competitive considerations
Maintain current status on competitive products, and other threats to Divisional sales
Provide sales forecasts in support of strategic plan, profit plan and capital appropriations
Manage schedule and content of product catalogs of new and updated product families.
Qualifications:
Strong sales/marketing experience or technical experience
High skill level in computer utilization
Experience with or aptitude to understand financial analysis and accounting principles
Statistical skills utilized for market trend data analysis and program proficiency
Strong public speaking/presentation skills utilized in conjunction with participation in
various Company and industry meetings
Minimum education - Bachelor's Degree
