职位描述：

Main Responsibility:

1.Work on optimization proposals and projects

a)Work on site, study existing production processes, station by station, line by line, to identify the areas of improvement;

b)Using VSM or the other toolkits to evaluate, and identify 7 types of wastes;

c)Come up with the optimization proposals with detail calculation of savings;

d)Organize meetings with production/process engineers, to challenge the existing processes, and get buy-in of optimization proposals;

e)Facilitate and supervise the implementation of optimization projects;

f)Track and report the status during implementation, provide basic/methodology trainings and toolkits for the key people;

g)Summarize the optimization projects, evaluate the results and register lesson leant and best practice;

h)As a company interface, communicate/coordinate with headquarter Lean/optimization team, and implement global lean/optimization projects;

i)Work with external consultants, to drive Lean/optimization projects and deliver results, by evaluating Process mapping result and performing VSM;

j)Produce action plan as the result of VSM, drive it to be implemented and follow up to close.

2.Other task assigned by Lean Manager

Qualification:

1.Bachelor's Degree or above in industrial engineering, or related disciplines;

2.Extensive knowledge of Lean or the other optimization toolkits;

3.Project management experience or skill of leading a small group are preferred;

4.Open mind with innovative thinking, Pursue perfection and continuous improvement;

5.Fluent in written and spoken English;

6.Effective problem solving to facilitate acceptable solutions;

7.Sufficient presentation skill and external representation;

8.Systematic thinking;

9.Communication at all levels (down to shop floor and up to top management)
