职位描述
Responsibilities:
·Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for company industrial packaging in China through customer visit, data collection, and structured analysis.
·Develop business growth strategy and market penetration plan to accelerate company’s growth for both top line and bottom line.
·Position company industrial packaging as a leading and preferred brand in industrial packaging markets in China.
·Support sales representatives to successfully close existing and new projects at a higher rate of success.
·Prepare and present sales and technical information for customers.
Qualifications:
·Minimum of 7+ years selling/business development experience. Technical experience required.
·Demonstrated sales and business development performance, with strong technical aptitude.
·Ability to develop product and new business development strategy.
·Ability to communicate both business and technical information to a variety of audiences.
·Successful Project Management and Priority Management experience.
·Problem solving skills, innovative.
·Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
·Bachelors degree required. Technical Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
·Ability to speak, read and write English.

·本科学历及以上，工科背景优先考虑.
