Educational Requirements:

· University degree

· English Level - Advanced;

Job Experience and Skills:

§ Electronic Manufacturing Process and Quality System Knowledge;

§ Production Planning skills.

§ Knowledge and Skills in SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint;

§ Excellence in Relationship and Leadership;

§ Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control Circles;

§ Critical Analisys and Decision capacity skills;

§ College Degree in Automation, Electronic or related major;

§ At least 3 years experience managing team.

· Technical Skills in Maintenance;

· Experience as Coacher;

· Flexibility to Work in different shifts;

· Knowledge in Motivational Programs;

· Clear mind, opened to new ideas and improvements.

Main Job Assignments:

§ Production Planing, execution and follow up.

§ Develop and implement work procedures;

§ Develop and implement trainings based on the production requirements;

§ Coordinate annual training plan;

§ Assure development and qualification of Operators;

§ Implement Motivational Programs as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Suggestion Box, ....;

§ Participation in SOP′s creation;

§ Anomaly Analisys, take corrective and preventive actions;

§ Assure the results according to targets in Safety, Quality, Costs, Production based on the company′s Values and Principles.

§ Encourage and motivate team to maintain discipline in the activities and process already established.
