Main Duties of the Jobholder

1. Maintain existing IT applications running in healthy and provide routine operation support
2. Respond to production problems or user calls. Determine the problem.
3. Controls access to Application Data .
4. Provide analysis and related reports for application systems support as a service
5. Analyzes Reports indicating business data to highlight potential application and business process Problems.
6. Provide application system training to end users
7. Review current business flow, re-engineer and implement business process by refining application system
8. Assist application project implementation, and perform detail checking from every side including performance and documents before the system enters into the period of maintenance
9. Document application system manuals, initial settings, procedures, work flow and changes. Review and maintain issue logs and solutions.
10. Implement IS controls exist in accordance to Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Request
1. Bachelor degree, Majored in computer Science or related;
2. At least 3 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in ERP system is expected
3. Experiences with Crystal Report or similar reporting tools are expected;
4. Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server system Knowledge;
5. Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
