1.Direct and control all training carried out including management and/or career development, supervisory, clerical and operative training for employees in the JV fabrication yard.

2.Plan training and development policy in line with the company's business requirements.

3.Direct Senior Management development programs, Organization Development and career planning

4.Review training material provided by HQ and develops these for local application

5.Follow up on the effectiveness of training programs and analyzes training needs

6.Participate in policy discussions and contributes to the development of policy pertaining to the area of training.

Requirement:

1.Knowledge: University graduate in HR Management, Business Studies or related disciplines

2.Technical/Work-Based Skills: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

3.General Skill/Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentation, planning & organizing and project management skills

Independent, energetic, self-motivated, challenges oriented, good tem player and people oriented

Detail-oriented with ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities and tasks

4.Experience:

minimum 5 years relevant experiences in handling training activities preferably in a MNC set up

have relevant experience in offshore or marine industry preferably

5.Qualifications: University Degree or above
