职位描述
- 管理所属销售团队，培训培养团队成员成长/达成销售目标；
- 协同拜访重点客户，员及时有效的指导团队成员；
- 负责市场、竞争对手动态的收集反馈和应收款的管理；
- 协调公司其他部门，确保团队运作顺畅；
- 制定并完善产品策略、销售策略，应对市场变化；
- 执行公司安排的其他工作。


职位要求：

- 三年以上一线销售经验， 二年以上销售团队管理经验者优先；
- 对公司制定策略的快速反应、执行能力；
- 能及时有效地发现业务运作中存在的问题以及创造性地解决问题；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神，乐于接受挑战，有优秀的人际沟通能力和语言表达能力；
- 熟练使用Internet及Office办公软件
