职位描述：
1. 支持生产经理控制流程。Support production manager to control the process.
2. 按照特殊说明，如样品申请，首次送货。Follow the special notes such as sample request, the first delivery.
3. 建立控制表，收集有关生产能力或生产部门KPI分析的相关生产数据。Build up control sheets to collect related production data for analysis about production capacity or production department KPI.
4. 与生产团队合作，对目标进行改进。Work with production team to do improvements for the target.
5. 建立月生产计划Build up the monthly production plan.
6. 与物流部门合作，制定生产线周期紧急计划和后续工作。Work with Logistics department and build up the weekly urgent plan for finishing production line and follow up.
7. 与物流协调需求，平衡生产能力，确保及时交货。Coordinate the needs with Logistics and balance the production capacity to make sure on time delivery.
8. 更新了生产计划所需的信息或从系统中获得的信息，以确保所有这些都是正确的。Updated the information which production plan needs or get it from system to make sure all of that are correct ones.
9. 建立间接材料的每月预测。Build up the monthly forecast for indirect material.
10. 完成领导安排的其他事项 Other assignments ordered by manager .

任职资格:
1. 学历：大学本科
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree.
2. 良好的英语听说读写能力
Good English both in listening, speaking, reading and written.
3. 工作经验：2年计划工作经验，制造型外商投资企业工作经验优先；
                          工业工程专业毕业或者从事相关专业工作3年及以上
Work experience: 1 year of planning experience, and IE major or process engineering 2 years.
4. 专业知识：熟练运办公软件
Professional knowledge: Skillful in office software.
5. 工作认真负责,有团队协作精神,能适应在生产车间的工作
