1、大专以上学历，财会专业毕业，有中级以上会计职称者优先；
2、三年以上大型企业会计工作，有物业行业工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉操作财务软件和日常办公软件；
4、熟悉会计法规和相关财税政策，熟悉税务办税流程；
5、有良好的职业道德，具备良好的口头及书面表达能力；
