职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责产品（金属制品）的研发设计、战略研究、设计定位与成本控制；
2、负责产品质量把关、控制、验收，保证质量达标；
3、负责对部门人员的全面管理及考核，不断对设计人员进行培训调整；
4、负责生产流程的分析和对产品成本的控制及预算工作等。
任职要求：
1、 机械设计、金属材料工程等相关专业；
2、熟练运用2D、3D设计软件，如CAD、UG、SW等；
3、具有相关工作经验以及2年以上部门管理经验；
4、具有极强的组织协调能力、领导能力和人际沟通能力，思维敏捷，积极敬业；
5、能独立完成部门计划制定，协调好部门对外的沟通事宜；
6、英语四级以上，具有较好的英语听说读写能力。 举报 分享
