职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. 负责项目质量策划,领导小组成员商讨PFMEA, Control plan。
Responsible for new project quality plan and control, lead the cross functional team members and implement PFMEA and control plan.
2. 协助项目工程师完成新产品的认可，提交PPAP。
Coordinate application engineer new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time.
3. 新产品SOP前，与项目一起完成过程确认。
Process sign off with project team prior to SOP.
4. 指导生产过程的质量控制及相关环节的质量监督。
Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
5. 针对不合格品进行分析处理，与职能部门一起制定纠正措施及跟踪。
Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
6. 根据生产中的缺陷，顾客抱怨信息，对产品和工艺作持续改进。
Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement plan and action implemented.
7. 与过程检验员(制造工程师)，生产班组长(车间主管)等相关人员一起定期进行现场工艺(过程)审核，并及时评估潜在的风险，及时更新控制计划。
Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
8. 协助实验室技术员负责检验设备的选型工作，MSA分析。
Support lab technician to select the testing equipment & MSA.
9. 顾客定期访问，处理顾客抱怨。
Visit customer regularly, deal with the customer complains.
10. 日常不合格品处理。
Disposal of non-conformance product
11. 参与建立产品的追溯系统
Set up and maintain the traceability system with relative department
12. 配合部门主管进行公司体系的管理工作。
Coordinate with the quality manager for the quality system management.
13. 主管安排的其它工作。
The other work raised by leader when it’s needed.
