Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoots process/product problem in order to minimize production downtime and achieve product quality.
2. Establish and maintenance good process capabilities for production ramp up.
3. Drive improvement yield, CPK, rework and cycle time, uptime.
4. Develop, qualify, and improve process with tooling and equipment suppliers.
5. Developing & implementing new or improved version of the Production processes and update process specifications.
6. Create item code (Item Master Data), Manufacturing BOM, Production Routing in SAP.
7. Ensure BOM and labor hours accuracy.
8. Provide W.I. to production lines. (From starting to finished goods including packing method).
9. Work out process parameter and updated it on time.
10. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
1. University degree, Polymer or relevant;
2. Year 3 years working experience in Manufacturing industry;
3. Good for English reading and writing liability, and oral expression.
4. Excellent analytical, communication skills;
5. Honest and strong in decision making and taking over responsibility;
6. Be cooperative and with good adaption to environment of the newly established company and dynamic growth
