Reports to: Purchasing Manager

Summary:

负责各类食品原料和包装材料的采购和供应风险管理；与公司内部相关部门开发、管理供应商；就供应、质量、成本、服务和持续改善方面进行跟进和管理；协助部门经理开展团队建设。

Key Accountabilities:

? 保证工厂生产所需的原材料、包装材料及时、合格、充足供应；
? 确保订单执行价格的有效性，各物料的成本最佳；
? 参照合同或订单付款条件，跟进对供应商应付帐款执行，配合财务开展现金流管理；
? 最大努力支持客服、物流计划关于原材料交期的要求（提前、推迟、取消等）；
? 负责跟进、协调各种原材料进口及成品出口等与海关、商检、报关公司的往来业务；
? 支持公司由于新客户、新项目以及节约成本等需要的新原料和包材新供应商的开发；全方位支持研发（销售）的各种样品需求；
? 收集、分析、回顾和监控物料的市场信息，关注物料的价格变动，并制定行动方案应对，提高数据的可靠性、可比性和可视性，保证成本最佳；提供原材料每月市场参考价格及年度预算价格；
? 配合QS接受各种客户及第三方审核；
? 根据供应商索赔程序处理各种对供应商异常的投诉；
? 配合销售和营运处理工厂积压的原材料库存；
? 供应商日常管理，供应商现场考察、供应商审核，供应商各种证件资料管理；
? 及时提供财务、销售需要的各种数据信息；
? 在部门经理外出时负责处理部门事务，依照公司采购业务流程，结合研发、QS、销售的建议，开展采购业务；配合部门经理开展团队建设，以及各种食品行业专业培训，采购业务培训；
? 上级根据业务需要安排的其他工作；

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

? University degree in Business, Purchasing, or Supply Chain a plus.
? Professional certifications a plus.
? Good English speaking/writing skills a plus.

Experience:

? Minimum of 4-5 years in Purchasing preferably in the Food Industry.
? Strong technical knowledge of food ingredients, especially frozen vegetable and poultry purchasing background and packaging background is preferred.
?Good negotiation experience
? Contract development and management
? Supplier Relationship Management
? Good cost savings background
? Logistic background a plus

Skills:

? Self-motivated, quick learner, organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
? Ability to analyze markets and financials of supply base and contract offers.
? Effective communication skills to both internal and external entities.
? Strong proficiency in computer skills (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
? Project Management; able to set up and follow through on overall plans while utilize resources to execute specific line item tasks.
? Good team player.
? Ability to make analysis by simplified tools for the material market trend, cost Variety analysis, PPV analysis；
