Main Responsibility:
1. Process quality control for SC production and customers satisfaction.
2. Star Cool supplier, subcontractor's quality appraisal and raw material incoming inspection.
3. Statistics analysis for SC quality and continuous improvement.
4. Inspection criteria set up and update.
5. Support supervisor's management for QA/QC section.
-Compliance with PRC regulations and the company's core ideologies, policies/guidelines;
-Compliance with APMM value;
-Compliance with business principles.
Accept ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by MCI Qingdao.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor or master degree, major in refrigeration / mechanical / electrical, refrigeration technology is preferred.
2.Fluent communication in both spoken and written English.
3.Full skills and knowledge on Quality Management system, 6o experience is preferred.
4.More than 3 years of working experience in QA/QC large industry, refrigeration field is preferred.
5.Professional dedication, team work spirit and innovation.
6.Full skills on supplier audit, material inspection and line quality control.
7.Full skills on problem solving.
