协助生产、销售部门制定相关生产计划。

Assist production and sales department to make production plan.

生产用各种原材料/生产辅料采购订单的制定、下达及跟踪。

Making, releasing, tracking raw material and auxiliary material orders

负责对存在质量及其他问题的采购物资进行处理。

Deal with bad quality and other issues materials.

对供方进行调查、动态评价、建立管理档案。

Auditing and evaluating suppliers, establishing management files.

协助仓管员进行盘点等相关工作

Assist warehouse keepers to check inventory.

完成部门经理安排的工作。

Finishing other work arranged by managers.

岗位要求：

优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Good command of English, both oral and written.

具备ERP信息系统操作经验。

Familiar with ERP system

熟悉采购订单的制定/下达/跟踪工作。

Familiar with purchashing process.

熟悉生产计划的制定、下达流程。

Familiar with production plan making and releasing.

具有很强的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力。

Strong communication, coordination ability and team work ability.

至少2年以上大型生产企业生产计划工作经验。

Minimum 2 years production plan making experience in big manufactury company

熟悉进口原材料采购流程

Familiar with import material ordering process

        海克斯波聚合材料（HEXPOL）是总部位于瑞典的HEXPOL AB集团成员之一，是橡胶混炼领域的跨国公司。Hexpol目前在全球有40多家工厂，分别主要位于比利时、德国、瑞典、捷克、美国、加拿大、中国和墨西哥等国家，其中海克斯波（青岛）于2006年1月份注册成立，并于2007年3月15日正式投产。海克斯波聚合体的三大生产领域—混炼胶、塑胶轮子、热交换垫片均在青岛胶南设立独立运营的工厂，分别是：海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司、四达轮业（青岛）有限公司、吉斯拉维密封技术（青岛）有限公司。
海克斯波聚合材料(青岛)有限公司是由HEXPOL设立的独资企业,工厂位于青岛市黄岛区凤凰山路（原青岛中路899号，胶南临港工业区）。公司前期投资1500万美元,建设两条橡胶混炼生产线,主要设备从德国进口。公司现在有两条生产线，年产量高达两万吨。公司的目标是做成亚洲最好和最大的技术橡胶混炼以及服务供应商。
目前主要的混炼胶种为EPDM，SBR，NBR，HNBR，ACM, AEM, IIR, CR，CSM, CPE, ECO 和NR/IR等。主要客户领域为汽车行业如密封条,胶带,胶管;建筑行业;电缆；及水处理系统等。

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao. So far we have 2 mixing lines for fully running and achived the capacity of over 20,000 tons per year.The goal of the company is to become the best provider of rubber compounds and related services in Asia.
