职位描述
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
· Degree level education
· At least 8 years personnel experience including 5 years experience in recruitment, experience for headhunter will be prefer.
· Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
· Ability to build rapport and make effective relationships and networks of contacts.
· Strong interpersonal and administrative skills with the ability to influence management and peers.
· A high degree of tact and diplomacy are essential when dealing with all levels of staff, management and outside organisations.
· Able to listen, understand, interpret and respond effectively to others concerns and problems using applicable counselling and negotiating tools.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
· Able to understand different cultures world-wide and act in a culturally sensitive way
· Able to work under pressure and prioritise heavy work schedule.
· Flexible and resourceful to deal with a variety of issues as they arise.
· Self-motivated, dynamic, self-starter and a team player.
· Good knowledge of MS office.
· Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
Principal Accountabilities:
Recruitment
· Understand business strategic workforce planning and recruiting need. Keep close communication and develop partnership with hiring managers.
· Take the local administrator role of Provitrac, the on line system, and ensure the company defined recruiting process and guideline is understood and followed by all departments, recruiters and hiring managers in China.
· Keep abreast of internal staff movement and recruiting plan & progress.
· Ensure an effective process and adequate competencies are in place to source and screen qualified candidates for all departments in China.
· Process of job posting for internal and external, candidate sourcing, campus recruiting, domestic trainee recruiting, etc.
· Organize recruiting process and response for the recruit time control, including position analysis, channel selection, develop & evaluate reliable recruitment channels and methodologies to meet the service level agreed with departments, setting up database of talents, handling the telephone and face to face interviews, recommending to hiring managers, the offer negotiation process, pre-employment physical examination arrangement, new staff orientation program and probation review.
· Update the recruit status daily and report as request.
· Drive recruiting best practice sharing and competency development among recruiters and hiring managers through regular China Recruiting Council activities
· Maintain and collect all job descriptions and related core competence
· Analysis the background of Inspection industry in China. Collect the information of talent competition trend and organization transformation from related companies.
