Responsibilities
1.Manage the people in production area. Training staff in production and keep all the policy and procedures be followed.
2.Manage the production line on a day-to-day basis to achieve the planned goals in safety. volume. quality. and scrap rate.
3.Control The inventory of raw material and WIP in shop floor.
4.Keep the production line to comply with 5S management and to be lean.
5.Communication with Planning. Quality. Warehouse. purchase and other related partners fluently.
6.Other works that assigned by production manager.
Qualifications
1.5 years of production management experience. and 3 years relative position experience. Auto industry working experience is preferable.
2.Knowledge and experience of 5S and lean management tools.
3.ERP experience.
4.Good communication and English skill.
5.Good at MS Office software.
6.Can work in shift if required.
