Responsibilities
主要职责

This position will play a key role in our finance department of our company, report to Finance Director, with focus on the timely financial reporting in connection with sales and production.
这是本公司财务部中非常重要的岗位，直接向财务总监汇报，根据销售和生产情况及时的整理出财务报表。

1. Reporting
报表
- Periodic reporting including profit/loss, balance sheet and cash flow statement to the relating parties and the Board;
定期向有关部门和董事会提交包括损益，资产负债和现金流量的财务报表；
- Analysis & validation on production costs, sales, COGS, stock and variance report（if any）;
针对生产成本，销售及销售成本，库存及差异报告（如有）进行分析和确认；
2. Creditor/Debtor Management
债权债务管理
- Monitor AR & payment terms in connection with sales team;
与销售部门合作监督账期及回款情况；
- Loan and payment processing;
银行贷款及付款管理；
- Internal process review;
内部流程审核；
3. Key user in ERP (Navision)
EPR系统的关键用户
- Key user in financial function of system;
为系统财务模块的关键用户；
- Check all entries posted in system;
审核所有会计分录的录入；
4. Other tasks assigend by the supervisors
领导安排的其他任务
- i.e. Assist to conduct annual audit;
如：协助完成年度审计；
- i.e. Assist and co-ordinate to conduct stock-taking work;
如：协助及协调完成库存盘点的工作；

Requirements
要求：

1. Education Background
教育背景
- Bachelor or above degree in Accounting / Finance or relating area;
会计学/金融学或相关专业本科以上学位；
2. Working Experiences
工作经验
- 5 years or above working experience on managerial accounting in production/manufacturing industry;
至少5年生产/制造业领域相关管理会计工作经验；
- Recent 3 years or above working experience in WOFE;
近期至少3年的外企工作经验；
3. Language and other skills
语言及其他技能
- Fluent English communication in oral, listening, reading and writing;
流利的英文听说读写能力；
- Good knowledge and application on ERP and office software;
对ERP系统和办公软件有良好的理解和应用；
4. Personality
性格
- Be Active & creative in the team;
具有一定的积极性和创造力；
- A team player, but be able to solve problems independently;

About Aller Aqua Qingdao
(Officially Aller Aqua (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.)
Aller Aqua Qingdao is the Wholly Foreign Owned Subsidiary (WFOE) of Aller
Aqua Group, set up to produce high-quality fish feed for the Chinese market
and for export to East-Asian markets.
It is the first production facility of Aller Aqua in Asia, but will be a part of the
international network of sales and production facilities worldwide. We are as
international as we are local – our customers meet an international company
with a local face.
We expect to start up production end of 2016.
