1. To manage and supervise the product operation through the establishment of balanced utilization of Man, Money and Material.

2. To manage the annual budget within delegated authority.

3. To discuss and coordinate with concerned departments for process and quality improvements. Initiates action to improve, process, product or quality system.

4. Plan for development and training of the subordinates for obtaining the proper knowledge and skill to achieve the work assignments.

5.Direct and assign proper tasks to subordinates, establish work priorities, schedule work and set up effective monitoring system.

6. To ensure that Good Manufacturing Procedures are carried out.

7. Maintains the quality system in area of responsibility in regard to procedures, documentation, corrective actions, deviation reporting, and the separation of accepted and rejected product and materials.

8.To ensure that the product and processes are within specifications within area of responsibility.

9. To ensure that the responsible areas are kept in good order with regard to both safety and housekeeping.

10.Implement system of continuing improvement within the department.

11. Manage KPI's.

12.. Implement group and site environmental and health and safety: policies, objectives, and other related requirements of the ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems.

13.Perform other duties as assigned.
