Job Purpose 工作目的
The main purposes of this role are to implement sustainable business improvements by leading focused interventions to existing business processes, develop a continuous improvement culture within the operations workforce through World Class Manufacturing techniques and coaching the workforce. The role holders will also identify the areas for improvement with the site excellent, justify capital and revenue expenditure, and deliver role-justifying savings.
Manage Strategic and Capital Engineering Projects, including new equipment installation.

Knowledge and Skills required学历及技能要求

1.5 years relevant to manager / project experience within a FMCG environment
2.Proven track record of delivering change with experience of World Class Manufacturing techniques.
3.Working experience in multi national company.
4.Proven experience of facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable change.
5.Fully conversant with GMP and ISO9000 quality standards.
6.Good English writing speaking
7.Good Working Knowledge of Project Management Tools

Principle Job Accountabilities 工作职责描述

1.Using site Key Performance Indicators, financial and production data identify the primary losses and opportunities.
2.Communicate findings to relevant management team to gain support and resources.
3.Facilitate or lead cross-functional or department specific teams to deliver a sustainable change to minimise the identified loss and maximise opportunities.
4.Justify and manage improvements that require capital expenditure or significant major revenue.
5.Track and formally report improvement projects, to include all expenditure (including labour) and benefits throughout the project, the implementation and the projected life.
6.Justify each project and the overall role through sustainable benefits delivered.
7.Deliver training and coach the workforce in key and improvement productivity tools.
8.Ensure the environment policy and objectives, and ISO14001 quality management system requirements, in order to assist the production department reduce the production process result in production effect on environment.
9.Implement group and site environmental and health and safety: policies, objectives, and other related requirements of the ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems.
10.Performs other duties as assigned
