Job Description

-Keeps himself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).
-熟悉产品(住宿、餐饮和其他设施)。
-Sets, in conjunction with the General Manager, the current rates of the hotel.
-与总经理共同制定酒店的当前房价。
-Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
-紧密关注与竞争有关的信息(位置、价格、定期开展的、按季开展的和更频繁开展的服务)。
-Implements policies and procedures as directed by the General Manager.
-执行总经理制定的政策和流程。
-Forecasts future travel patterns and provided trade feedback to the management.
-预测旅游业行情并向管理层提供行业反馈。
-Monitors and supervises his/her team’s production and activities.
-监控和监督部门员工的工作进展和活动。


The Director of Sales & Marketing assists his/her team in the following sales aspects:
销售市场总监在以下方面帮助部门员工:
-Identify business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with Corporate accounts.

-Accomplish goals and to adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan.

-Ensure that the sales team meet clients requirement and that the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients, should the need arise, to avail him/herself as mediator between the hotel and clients & guests.

-Ensure the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients who have registered complaints.

-Draws up together with the sales team, sales promotions and packages.
-与销售团队一起起草促销方案。
-Enter into negotiations on behalf of the company as and when required to do so taking care not to exceed the limit of his/her authority.
-代表酒店与客人进行协商,但不超越本职权限。
-Establish regular contact with major associations and government departments which specialize in corporate business.
-定期联系大客户和政府部门,特别是有公司业务的客户。
-Confirm verbal proposals in writing.
-书面确定口述的提案。
-Maintain regular contacts with his/her clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
-定期联系客户,并将客户的负面反应及时反馈给管理层。
-Be aware at all times of hotel’s special program/promotions and advertising schedule of it in order to deal knowledgeably with clients.
-时刻关注酒店的特殊项目/促销活动和广告计划以便灵活应对客户。
-Maximize Accor hotels market share within his/her area/territory.
-在任期间最大化雅高酒店的市场份额。
-Entertain supporting and prospective clients when necessary in order to maintain or develop a long-lasting and growing relationship.
-如有需要,应招待潜在客户以便与其维持或发展长期关系。
-Organize and attend trade shows when requested.
-按要求参加行业展览。
