职位描述
Job Title: Quality Engineer
Report to: Quality Control Manager
Direct reports: None
Mission: Ensure the income components with good quality; make the commitment to our customers with good quality.
Major responsibility
-Develop the proper inspection standard based on drawings and communication with technical employee.
-Analyze the quality problem responded by inspectors on IQC, make the Quality Improvement Report to corresponded supplier with a continuous following up and communication on Supplier quality improvement progress.
-Solve the problem happened during the IQC, PQC and FQC, which is timely or uncertainly responded from inspector.
-Supervise on assembly worker's operation is strictly according to the work instruction.
-Develop and confirm of the Check Specification for the FQC, prevent the unqualified products go into the stock.
-Deal with the customers' complains and problem by defining the problem and tracing back.
-Give supportive guidance to inspectors and other blue collars on facility, tools and other equipment operating.
Candidate profile
Education:
At least a bachelor degree specialized in Mechanical Engineering or related.
Experience:
At least 3-year work experience related to Mechanical manufacturing.
Knowledge:
Machining process.
