Job Title: R&D Engineer
Report to: R&D Manager
Direct reports: N/A

Mission:
Develop and ensure the product's design reach the targets of Customer.


Major responsibilities:

?Conduct the new product development by making the research into drawings and designing activities.
?Collect the information from market, study on market needs to build the product specifications
?Build a strong knowledge of customer needs and be able to transform it into technical solutions
?Follow up on new products projects and rebranding projects to make sure the project can be done with a good performance to meet the deadline.
?Validate design through prototypes and tests
?Create innovative design solutions
?Support assembly line by solving the production problem with experiments.
?Compile work instruction assembly with production department;
?Develop technical know-how and record it in datasheets in order to be shared across R&D
?Ensure her/his work is in conformity with the company quality system


Candidate profile:

Education
?Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Experience

?At least 3 years working experience in R&D or Process Department;

Knowledge
?Sound knowledge on Mechanical design or Electrical design;
?Strong knowledge in ProE and/or AutoCAD;

Skills:
?Problem solving oriented
?Smart working & prepared to work with challenging task and achieving targets within the given time-frame
?Eager to learn and develop a technical expertise
?Systematic and meticulous in his/her work; possessing positive attitude
