Job description / Mission
Mission: To support the office and provide the administration work for this company
Main Responsibility:
1. Daily support on office administration including purchasing the office supply and manage the office supply
2. Company Car arrangement
3. Daily hotel reservation and flight ticket booking arrangement
4. Expatriate housing rent and payment operation
5. EA management
6. Others assigned by the Manager.
Experience Requirements
1 year working experience related in Office support and administration
Knowledge / Educational requirements
Business or English related major
Good English both in Written and Speaking
Personality requirements
