职位描述

Report to: Managing Director

Dotted Line: Supply Chain Director AP

Responsiblities:

· Inventory Management-forecasting, inventory reduction initiative, safety stock definition strategy

· Define and control Logistic and department budget

· Ensure effective material flow inside and outside four wall

· Warehousing management

· Monitor and improve Forwarder and Supplier Delivery Performance

· Ensure shipping window compliance with Customer

· Plan and drive of execution on material cost reduction/ saving and other lean initiatives

· Responsible on implementation of Excellence metric and achieve the goal

· Communicate and coordinate the flow of information for all Company Global Purchasing into and out of the business teams.

· Responsible for developing and directing all purchasing policies and practice, develop supplier, promote localization, access supplier quality and reduce material cost. Develop plans and activities to achieve company mission and goals.

· Actively participate in the development of all business case objectives down to the component level through involvement in the cost estimating process.

· Responsible for the bill of material strategy development and implementation and cost tracking to the business case.

· Manage purchased part timing requirements from estimate to APQP tasks and provide timely communications to the Business Line and Global Purchasing. Assist resolution of open issue.

· Advance Purchasing activities must be linked and leveraged with the left side commodities , across Business Lines and communicate all new program activities through the pipeline to drive early source selection to meet product line timing.

· Cross function with other internal departments and external sources to resolve both issues and conflicts that form barriers to procurement and the attainment of Company China Mission and Goals.

· Meet divisional imperatives concerning material cost reduction.

· Aggressively pursue material cost reduction.

· Meet or beat the budget.

· Implement Company Global purchasing policies and procedures in Yantai Plant.



QUALIFICATION:


1. Education Background

a. Min university degree on related field, MBA is preferred


2. Skills and knowledge

a. Excellent English communication skill both oral and written

b. Computer literate, familiar with ERP system, SAP is an advantage

c. Strong leadership and analytical skill

d. Familiar with Customs regulation

e. Good negotiation capabilities and bound of sourcing experience

f. Specialized courses relating to negotiation

g. Has on hands experience on designing new warehouse facility is preferred


3. Working Experience

a. Min 5 years experience on managerial level in Supply Chain Mgt. area, in Multi National
