职位描述：
岗位职责：
？ 负责新店、改造店面的项目进度，工程质量、资金成本、现场安全、工程资料的全面组织管理与统一协调工作；
？ 参与施工图方案设计及图纸深化设计，主导施工过程中问题洽商与图纸变更；
？ 协调物业方、装饰公司、设计单位、外联厂商、政府部门合同签署及相关手续报批、报备工作；
？ 负责装饰公司、设计单位、外联厂商招投标工作，甄选出优质合作单位，汇总结果，上报公司管理层；
？ 负责家具、设备等现场安装调试，与营建部，营运部等各部门交接工作；
？ 负责工程项目收尾结算工作，核对工程量，款项支付及项目档案管理等文案工作；
？ 完成领导交待其它工作；
任职资格：
？ 能接受频繁出差；
？ 专科及以上学历，建筑、土木、工民建类相关专业；
？ 2年以上工程监理工作经验，有监理工程师证或取得监理工程师执业资格者优先；
？ 熟悉建设项目相关的法律法规、有关政策及规定，具有较高的专业技术水平、较强的综合协调能力以及丰富的工程管理经验；
？ 有较高的判断决策能力，能及时决断，灵活应变，能处理各种矛盾、纠纷，具备良好的协调能力和控制能力；
？ 有很好的语言表达、交际沟通能力。 举报 分享

The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
