Key Account Manager / Sales Manager (m/f)

As a Key Account Manager / Sales Manager, your role is the acquisition of new accounts and management of existing relationships. With close contacts to the customer, you have an excellent understanding of the customers’ needs and ability to accommodate their requests. Equipped with a solid technical expertise you provide highly professional consulting and develop customized solutions in close cooperation with our engineers and the customer.

In your role you will lead and monitor the project from bid proposal and contract negotiation stage through to the closure of the sale.

大客户经理/销售经理的主要职责：寻找潜在客户并维护现有客户关系。与客户交流过程中，需充分理解客户对产品的需求并具备能提出完全满足客户需求的解决方案的能力；与工程部门以及客户共同密切协作，最终为客户提供专业产品咨询；负责跟踪并主导全程销售，包括从最初的客户方案到最终合同谈判。

Responsibilities:

§ Analysis and identification of customer needs

§ Customer Relationship Management, throughout the entire sales process: advising the customer about optimization potentials, development of customized solutions, presentation and conducting final negotiations

§ Acquire new customers / new projects

职责：

分析和确认客户需求；

管理整个销售过程中的客户关系：通过整个销售过程控制，为客户提供最优化的可持续发展客户解决方案，主导和控制整体谈判结果；

开发新客户/获取新订单

Your profile:

§ University Degree in Engineering with 6+ years relevant working experience in Sales in multinational companies with excellent knowledge of at least one of relevant industries (Paper, Glass, Home appliances)

§ Sound technical knowledge combined with experience and a passion for selling value of complex and consultant intensive technical solutions rather than merely a product

§ Proven track record in successfully preparing and participating in open biddings

§ Strong intercultural awareness with very good communication and presentation skills

§ Confident, enthusiastic, flexible, hands-on and well-organized professional with strong business acumen

§ Chinese native speaker, excellent command of English in speaking and writing

§ Willingness to go on frequent business trips/ valid driving license is required

职位背景要求：

理工类工程类本科及以上学历

在销售领域至少6年工作经验，

需要具备丰富的知识背景包括在造纸、玻璃以及家电任一行业领域内

具备专业的技术背景知识与销售技巧相结合的咨询顾问型复合销售人才

具备进行招投标项目成功运作经验

出色的沟通和展示技能

自信、热情、灵活、实用以及良好的组织能力的复合型商业人才

认同产品价值，乐于为客户提供详细解决方案

良好的中文表达能力，熟练英文读写能力

能适应经常出差

有驾照
