Now we are exporting to over 80 countries .Peter Mertes (Shanghai ) Wine Limited belongs to Peter Mertes KG and located in Shanghai . To expand and accelerate our business in China, we are now looking for Area Sales Manager to join us.

The successful candidate should be :
合格的申请者应该具备以下条件 ：
- Colleague graduate 大专毕业以上
- At least 3~5 year sales experience in the wine and spirit business 3-5年酒类相关经验
- Preferred experience in managing wholesaler, retail chain and wine shops 具有管理经销商和商超,酒行等渠道经验者为佳
- Good communication and presentation skills 有良好的沟通和简报技巧
- Ability to work in challenging environment and with limited resources 可以运用有限的资源在具挑战的环境工作
- Characteristic: flexible, diligent, self-driven, integrity 个性: 弹性,吃苦耐劳,自我管理能力强,正直
- Computer skills: office word, Excel, ppt 计算机技巧: office ， word, Excel, ppt
- Language requirement: English – writing and reading OK 语言: 英文读写ok
- Enthusiasm in wine business 对酒类产业有热情和兴趣
Role and Responsibility 工作内容和责任
1. Responsible for the area of East China/North China and reaching the agreed sales target 负责华东/华北地区并达成销售目标
2. Consult and execute Sales plan for the assigned area 规划并执行负责区域的销售计划
3. Suggest and develop Trade promotion program 建议并规划针对客户的物料和促销活动
4. New customer acquisition and management 新客户开发及客户管理
5. Acting as business consultant to the local distributor, the successful candidate will be integral to drive the growth plan in China, actively collaborating with distributor partner and marketing teams to achieve business goals 对经销商能提供建议协助并帮助经销商在市场上的品牌推广以达成销售目标
6. Provides training and education and advice to distributors team about the products and brands 对经销商提供产品和品牌的培训和教育训练
