要求：
1、组织研究、拟定公司营销、市场开发方面的发展规划；
2、组织编制市场部工作进程并按时向总经理汇报；
3、定期组织对市场推广人员业绩考核和专业培训；
4、组织收集市场销售信息、新技术产品开发信息、用户的反馈信息等；
5、按时完成总经理交办的其他临时性工作。

职责：
1、富有创业激情，有强烈的事业心、责任感和良好的职业道德；
2、具有较强的组织能力和良好的团队精神，善于沟通协调，有较强的谈判能力、领导力和影响力；
3 、对市场变化有快速反应，对市场发展有远瞻眼力，且具有良好的开发及维护渠道能力；
4、熟悉互联网市场及行业特点，有3~5年的工作经验，2年以上的管理经验。

We employ a staff of engineers who have an average of six years of programming experience. Our project managers are fluent in English and can effectively communicate with their counterparts in the United States. The project managers are all educated to manage project risks and ensure customer satisfaction through quality work, on time delivery and timely communication.
