Major Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1 Timely process various payments including obtaining needed approval and authorization.
及时的处理各种付款包括获得的必须的批准和授权
2 Responsible for cash and bank daily payment and receipt including foreign currency payment and receiving.
负责现金和银行的日常收付，包括外汇。
3 Prepare cash and bank journal as well as account reconciliation.
准备现金和银行的日程及账务的协调
4 Liaison with tax bureau to file tax reports.
与税务部门的联络，起草税务报表
5 Cash Flow Analysis and related reports, including weekly cash flow forecast.
现金流分析和相关报表，包括周现金流的预测
6 Monthly closing related work and reports.
月结的相关报表及其他工作。
7 Other finance related tasks as assigned by management.
完成由管理人员分配的相关的财务工作
Qualification:
任职资格：
> Educational: Accounting or Finance college degree.
会计或金融学专科；
> Experience:Over one year working experience in accounting or finance field.
至少一年以上会计或金融相关工作经验；
> Good communication skills including written and spoken English. Good team player and ability to interface well with Other departments and outside.
良好的沟通技巧包括英文的口语与书写，良好的团队意识以及具备处理与其它部门及外部事务的能力；
> Self-motivation and integrity. Ability to solve problems independently with due care.
自我激励、诚实，敬业， 能够独立，细心的解决问题；
> Familiarity with MS Office, skilled excel user.
熟悉办公软件，优秀的数据软件使用技能；
