Job Responsibilities:
1. Define sourcing strategy to effectively control purchasing cost;
2. Facilitate company new projects execution smoothly;
3. Maintain the sourcing support internally and externally, oversee the logistics and warehouse etc;
4. Localization with good quality and service;
5. Coordination with HQ supplier Chain.
6, Lead to manage the purchasing of raw materials/ Non-Standard parts/etc. to meet the requirements of manufacturing on production, technical and project execution,
7, Manage and oversee the sourcing operation for the company, assure supply chain sources are capable of meeting and exceeding cost and quality expectations, while insuring adequate capacity, on-time delivery, and a commitment to continuous improvement;
8, Supplier development;
9, Keep close contact with HQ to insure the efficient supply chain.

Experience Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Automotive Engineering, Technology, or Electro-mechanics.
2. At least 3 years purchasing experience in automotive or related electro-mechanical area.
3. Solid technical background in metal parts, turning, stamping.
4. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Excellent speaking and writing English is a must, and be familiar with ERP system.
6. Be able to work effectively under pressure, to be a good team player.
