岗位职责：

1、负责拟订分管公司财务管理的有关工作制度及细则并监督执行；

2、拟定和编制分管公司财务收支计划、财务预算等方案，检查计划的执行情况，指导分管公司各部门财务活动；

3、负责进行会计核算和清产核资工作，组织并审核（或编制）财务分析报告，反映公司财务状况、经营成果与现金流量，向领导提供及时可靠财务信息；

4、在集团资金管理总体规划下，协助公司理财，合理控制使用资金，进行会计监督，审核原始票据；

5、根据业务目标，积极推进全员成本管理，逐步建立成本核算管理体系，制定成本管理和考核办法；

6、负责公司的纳税管理，运用税收政策，合理筹划，依法纳税；

7、加强与工商、税务、银行、财政等部门业务沟通，处理对内对外的各项工作；

8、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、专业学历：财会、管理、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历，熟悉财经法律法规和公司常规财务制度和流程，具备全面的财务专业知识；
2、职称：中级会计师职称；
3、工作经验：5年以上财务工作经验，机械加工制造业财务经验者优先；
4、其它要求：
（1）熟悉国家和地方各项相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策，有一定的职业判断能力和丰富的财务分析处理经验；
（2） 对工业企业财务管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验，对财务管理各模块均有较深入的认识，能够指导各模块的工作；
（3）熟悉办公软件及相关财务管理软件的使用；
（4）具有敏锐的观察能力和较强的财务分析能力，善于发现问题、反映问题并提出相应的建议和意见；
（5）具备较强的领导和组织能力,善于计划、统筹、沟通、组织、协调，富有合作性，具有良好的带领团队的能力和经验。
6、个人素质：
认同三角文化，具备优秀的个人品质和良好的职业道德，善于学习、思维敏捷，作风严谨、工作踏实、认真、具有奉献精神。
