Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
? To build strong, value-driven, long-term Client rapport and deliver excellence in a committed and consistent manner.
?与客户建立长期稳固的合作关系，确保我们运输的完美并与始终如一。

? Identify and develop existing and potential Key Clients.
?维护并开发现有客户及潜在客户

? Work side-by-side with Customer Service Team to keep track clients' performance and take appropriate and timely remedial measures.
?密切配合客服团队，跟踪客户后续服务，及时合理得为客户解决难题。

? Monitor client call plans. Make sure proper preparation ahead of each visit to derive targeted results.
?监察所有客户电话，确保每次销售拜访有充足的准备并可以达成目标。

? Oversee Negotiation and contracting with major clients.
?监督审查与客户签订的销售协议及合同。

Requirements
? Proficient sales skills
?熟练的销售技巧

? At least 3 years of experience in shipping or logistics
?1年左右的航线物流公司的工作经验

? Good command in English both in written and spoken
?英语口语及书写良好

? Experience of customer service
?有客服工作经验

? Excellent interpersonal skills
?较强的人际交流能力

? Value selling and negotiation skills
?良好的销售谈判技巧
