职位描述：
Job Purpose:
This position is mainly responsible for shipment and documentation for customs clearance and dealers, including machine and parts and daily communication with oversea dealers and functional team within CQL.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and confirm sales contacts/PO with dealers/customers
Arrange shipment as per order status and delivery terms agreed with dealers/customers
Make documents for dealers and customs clearance for each shipment, as per request
Daily communication with dealers and regional distribution team, to provide support on orders and shipment.
Prepare documents for financial team to bill each shipment
Make documents required for government and record into the system as per request.
Tracking and share with dealers on shipment status
Actively listen to the feedback from customers and improve the process and procedures.
 Background /Experiences
Bachelor degree or above
Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work smart and be good at teamwork.
Have positive work attitude
