职位描述：
岗位职责：
 
1.As a key person in the project team the engineering project manager takes care of becoming an important communication link between the project team(s) and the contractors on site
2. is part of the project excellence team
3.checks and follows up contractor project schedules
4.checks in detail and reports the quality and delivery performance of the contractors to the project manager (project owner) and plant GM
5. checks, documents and reports quantities and qualities of delivered materials to the project manager (project owner) and plant GM
6.helps coordinating different suppliers on site
7. has common responsibility with the project team and contractors that safety and health during the project are taken good care of
8.has common responsibility with the project team and contractors that local and national laws and rules are followed
9. translates daily project progress in “clear status reports” and documents the progress in pictures and text
10.takes care of any other project related work assigned by the project manager (Project owner)
11.solves minor problems on the site directly and reports any more important issues and incidents to the project manager (Project owner) and plant GM
12.represents the project manager (Project owner) when the project manager is not available
13.together with other people of the project team takes care of the approval processand related interaction with the government institutes and service providers
14.Summarize progress of all responsible projects regularly to plant GM

1. University degree in a technical direction and broad general knowledge in engineering and construction
2. relevant experience in project management
3. effective communicator
4. Is able to integrate in organizations with flexible structures
5. Proficient in English
6. Able to work in a structured way and under stressful conditions
