职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. 负责公司的ISO9000,IRIS, DB, SNCF, Bonding, CRCC等产品认证体系的推行和维护；
Implement and maintain company product certification system for ISO9000, IRIS, DB, SNCF, Bonding, CRCC;
2. 负责组织编制和修订公司产品认证体系程序文件和三级文件，并实施管理;
Establish and update the product certification system documentation (procedure, working instruction)
3. 制定公司内部产品认证审核计划，按计划组织实施，并完成审核报告。对审核提出的不符合项和建议项跟踪检查落实情况.
Establish and implement internal product certification audit plan. Finish the audit report. Manage return and rejects suggestion and monitor problem-solving process
4.接待、接受第二、三方产品认证审核，包含ISO9000,IRIS,DB,SNCF,CRCC等, 组织分析不符合项，制订整改措施并监控落实情况
Serve second or third party product certification audit. Including ISO9000, IRIS, DB,SNCF, CRCC, etc. Manage rejects analysis and establish improvement measures and monitor problem-solving process
5. 收集客户产品认证相关资料；
Collect related documents for customer product certification.
6. 组织产品认证流程培训，提高公司质量意识
Responsible for product certification process training, ensure quality awareness enhancement and quality engagement.
7.负责本岗位在HSE体系中的相关职责；
In charge of related HSE responsibility of this position.

任职要求：
1.College or above, electric or mechanical background
大专或以上学历，电子或机械背景
2.At least 5 years working experience,3 years work experience in product certification and quality management system. Railway industry working background is preferred
至少5年工作经验，3年产品认证及质量体系工作经验，有铁路行业背景的优先考虑；
3.Familiar with ISO9000,IRIS ,DB, SNCF, Bonding, CRCC standards.
熟悉ISO9000,IRIS,DB,SNCF,Bonding,CRCC标准；
4.Familiar with particular system requirements and standards from railway customers.
熟悉各类轨道交通行业客户的特殊体系要求及标准
5.Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
