职位描述：
Essential Functions主要职责：
1、 Make, improve and push the implementation of the EHS procedures based on
the requirement of EHS global standards and China related laws;
根据EHS全球标准和中国相关法律法规要求，编写、完善并落实公司EHS程序；
2、 Make, improve and push the implementation of ISO 14001 in the company
based on the China related laws and make sure it runs effectively;
根据中国相关的法律法规要求，编写、完善并落实公司ISO14001体系；确保体系有效运行；
3、 Improve and push the implementation of the Safety Standardization in the
company based on the SSB requirements;
根据安监局要求，完善安全标准化文件并落实执行情况；
4、 Be responsible for the new, rebuilt, expanded projects management ;
负责新建、改建、扩建项目管理工作；
5、 Organize and declare the annual on-site ODH factors inspections according to
the related laws;
根据法律要求，每年组织现场职业危害因素检测及申报工作。
6、Be responsible for identifying the ODH factors to each people and organizing the employee annual ODH physical exam;
负责识别员工接触的职业病危害因素，负责组织员工年度职业病体检工作；
6、 Arrange the test to the air exhaust annually to assure the air quality are conform
to the requirement of related laws;
每年组织气体排放检测，确保符合排放法律法规要求；
7、 Waste water discharge declare management;
废水排放申报与管理;
8、 Special types of work certificate management;
特种作业许可证管理;
9、 Be responsible for the production scrap disposal legally;
负责生产废料合法处置;
10、 Be responsible for organizing the EHS checking monthly;
负责组织月度EHS检查;
11、 Be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of fire facilities checked by
qualified contractor;
负责监督供应商维护消防设施;
12、 Be responsible for the annual fire drill;
负责年度消防演练;
13、 Be responsible for all incidents management and input to IMAG system;
负责事故管理并录入IMAG系统;
14、 Be responsible for providing the EHS trainings based on the plan;
根据年度培训计划，及时对相关人员提供EHS培训;
15、 Involve in handling the government relationship;
参与处理政府关系。
16、 Completed the other job assigned by managers;
完成领导安排的其它工作。

Education, Experience and Physical Requirements学历，工作经验及体力要求:
1、 College or above education background;
专科及以上学历；
2、 above 5 years work experience in EHS field;
五年以上EHS工作经验；
3、 Familiar with the requirements of ISO 14001;
熟悉ISO14001体系要求；
4、 Familiar with China EHS laws and regulations;
熟悉中国EHS法律法规；
5、 Familiar with Word, Excel office software;
熟练使用Word, Excel办公软件；
6、 English reading and writing is a must;
具备英语读写能力；
7、 English speaking is preferred;
具备英语交流能力优先考虑；
8、 Foreign-owned company EHS working experience is preferred;
有过外企工作背景优先考虑；
9、 To stress the professional ethics and keep the confidentiality

2016年5月4日，美国阿菲尼亚集团被德国曼胡默尔集团正式并购，并保留WIX, FILTRON品牌, 阿菲尼亚旗下子公司龙口维克斯滤清器有限公司正式更名为龙口曼胡默尔滤清器有限公司，隶属于曼胡默尔集团下德国独资公司。
AFFINIA Group U.S.A was acquired by MANN+HUMMEL Group Germany on May 4, 2016. WIX and FILTRON Brand will be kept by MANN+HUMMEL and the subsidiary Longkou Wix Filtration CO.,LTD has officially changed the name to Longkou MANN+HUMMEL Filtration CO.,LTD, which is belong to the subsidiary of MANN+HUMMEL Group.
