职位描述：
岗位说明：
1. 负责经销商/销售培训，与渠道/销售一起拜访客户，进行售前的技术培训；
2. 评估新胶水，对主要竞争对手进行市场调查，协助解决技术问题；
3. 与研发部门，经销商以及终端客户沟通新项目，提供最优解决方案并对客户认可的产品进行报价；
4. 跟进样品测试反馈，组织技术会议，并提供解决方案；
5. 处理客户投诉，对于胶水质量问题，负责与公司内部各部门沟通，分析根本原因，达成解决方案；
6. 建立良好的客户关系，对客户进行产品使用技术培训和疑难解答；
7. 定期拜访重点客户，维系项目的稳定发展；
8. 相关产品的技术，应用和售后支持，编写相关产品问题和技术问题的报告；
9. 负责撰写产品资料、宣传手册和推广活动；
10.理解并执行公司质量/环境/职业健康安全方针、目标及质量/环境/职业健康安全管理各项规章制度和标准；

任职要求：
1、化学专业本科及以上学历，如有胶粘剂行业工作经验者专业范围可适当放宽；博士/硕士优先考虑
2、有电子应用行业相关背景、3年以上相关从业经验；
3、英语听说读写流利。

Job description:
1.Provide training to distributor/sales, visit customers together with distribution channel/sales, provide pre-sales technical training.
2.Evaluate new glue, doing market research of the main competitors, help solving technical problem.
3.Communicate with R&D Department, distributors and end customers for the new program, provide the best solution and make a quotation for the products accepted by customers.
4.Follow up the test feedback of sample, organize technical meeting and provide solutions.
5.Deal customer complaints, communicate with the company involved departments for the glue quality problem, analyze root cause and reach a solution.
6.Build a good customer relationship, provide technical training and troubleshooting to customers for using products.
7.Visit main customers regularly, maintain the program to be developed steadily.
8.Support to technic, application and after-sales for involved products, write product and technical problem report.
9.Write product information, brochure and promotion case.
10.Understand and execute company policy, rule and standard of quality/environment / occupational health safety

Job requirements:
1.Major involves Chemistry with BA degree or higher, exception can be considered to the major for those with working experience in adhesive industry; give priority to those with Ph.D /Master degree.
2.With application electronics industry background and over 3 years involved working experience
