I. Purpose of Position
Work independently or with dealers to focus on sales expansion / market share by introducing new products / services / solutions and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
II. Key Responsibilities
? Develop Key account and improve market share in South China;
? Develop color management solutions inside brand owner and leverage to supply chain;
? Work closely with dealers and other channel partners to ensure maximizing overall benefits and revenue growth in channels sales on the basis of Value Based Dealer Program (VBDP) and with necessary channel management and support skills;
? Work to establish and execute new design wins in the industries;
? Fulfill annual business goals in both large accounts and channel business in the efforts of realizing 2017 Shared Goals and implementing relevant strategies;
? Work with marketing team to design and implement effective marketing programs on the basis of market needs and trends;
? Perform as a team player and help foster team spirit in daily business in a bid to grow business in a sustainable and healthy atmosphere.
III. Relationships
? Sales Team: For overall sales activities (follow Danaher daily management process with highest integrity)
? Application team: For Software & product training;
? Dealers: For daily support, policy introduction & POC info clarification; New dealer development;
? Finance: for any financial-related matters such as AR, credit policy etc.
IV. Measures of Performance
? Achieve sales quota and KPIs
V. Background and Skill
? At least 5 years of sales experience in Printing/Packaging industry
? Deep insight in Printing/Packaging industry and good relationship with key players
? Good English skills in daily communication
? Experience on dealer management is preferred

? Understands strategy and value proposition in order to influence the customers
? Energetic, positive thinker, team player
? Good at and Enjoy working with people and outdoor activities/traveling
