General
? Implement mainte***ce personnel to maintain production plant and ancillary equipment utilising planned, preventative and corrective mainte***ce on a 24/7 basis to an agreed uptime (Plant comprising >35 machine tools, CMM’s, air compressors, fork lift trucks,, paint shop)
? Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to mainte***ce activities
? Keep close communication with other functions to provide effective mainte***ce for operation
? Optimize the spare parts supply. Control the stock level, evaluate safety stock, replace by local spares
? Execute PM schedule of buildings, facilities and site services such as power, water, and security, Site services for buildings, comprising of all HVAC, compressed air, cooling water, production test, lifting equipment, security, communications, building fabric
? Facilitate the storage and disposal of waste streams
? Drive continues improvement culture and behaviours, contribute 10% mainte***ce cost down year by year

People competency
? Bachelor diploma on mechanical or electrical;
? Manufacture workshop experience, better served for multinational firms;
? Machine centre mainte***ce experience on Makino or Mori seiki, implement TPM
? Good communication skill, root cause analysis
? Basic English for reading and reporting
? Over 8 years frontline mainte***ce experience, over 4 years management experience 举报 分享
