职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ：
1. As "main engineering contact on-site’’, take care on all issues concerning production, purchasing, quality and after-sales for the current series production and provide engineering support for the production lines.
2. As a representative of the engineering department in the MRB team, issue promptly deviation allowances. You take part in all engineering relevant meetings at shop floor level.
3. In consultation with the module and platform development departments you are responsible for ensuring that corrective actions are implemented.
4. Where necessary, represent the engineering department on the Change Management Board and ensure that changes are validated and implemented into series production.
5. Involve in the development and establishment of optimum and sustained solutions for the elimination of errors as well as the optimization of modules and improvement of the assembly concepts.
6. Perform error analyses, tolerance analyses short term and repair solution for the elimination of errors
7. Work with the customer support department to create short term solutions for technical in service problems at short notice and write the corresponding Service Bulletin.
8. Check the drawings created by the Customer Support department.
9. Responsible for the correction of model- and drawing errors as well as errors in the BOMs considering the design change process.
10. Support purchasing department and suppliers with the aim to improve quality and cutting component costs.
11. Work closely with the liaison team in Germany and participate in the weekly global liaison telephone conference.
12. Report regularly to the central divisions on your experience with processes and products on-site to promote continuous improvement

QUALIFICATION：
EDUCATION: A vocational training as a technician. Bachelor degree or above; majoring in the field of aviation and space technology, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or a comparable qualification.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years as design engineer or comparable
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English spoken and written communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project) user, very good knowledge and relevant user experience in CATIA V5 or other CAD systems.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Profound knowledge in design of aviation or automotive related products. Knowledge of aircraft certification requirements of advantage 举报 分享
