职位描述：
Overview
Responsible for Fixed Assets accounting of APL Qingdao plant under US GAAP and TE accounting standard. Cover regular tasks for monthly closing of FA sub-ledger, account reconciliations, etc. Maintain communication with Ops team to understand and drive CAPEX implementation to the plant. Maintain communication with FSSC for FA accounting under PRC GAAP. Drive improvement initiatives for FA accounting and reporting process.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
? Assets Checking
1. Prepare construction in process detail and ensure proper capitalization on a timely basis.
2. Close out of CIP is properly recorded into fixed assets and depreciation.
3. Reviewing fixed assets additions to the asset register and ensure correct depreciation methods and useful lives are being used.
4. Lead and coordinate physical fixed assets count in order to maintain the safety of company assets.
? Assets Management
1. Assist on CER preparation and review.
2. Review fixed asset purchase request and release internal order into system.
3. Prepare fixed assets related monthly end closing documentation.
4. Prepare monthly management report in order to ensure practice comply with policy
? Monthly Reports
1. Update fixed assets register in timely manner to meet requirement of safety and integrity.
2. Periodically Review fixed assets records for the issue of idle, no longer in use, disposals, write offs, transfers or life reducing etc., provide information for management review.
? Accounting
1. Entry the monthly voucher records in the system.
2. Prepare the monthly reports (incl. PPE report, Capex forecast/actual comparison report, etc.) in order to provide accurate information in system
? SOX / Internal Control
1. Implement RCTS requirement on assets control.
2. Monitor fixed assets movement, maintain assets control complying with TE internal control requirement.

Background and Skill
? Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Accounting or Finance
? Experience: 2 years work experience in Finance, work experience in MNC preferred
? Computer skills: SAP, Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data warehouses
? Skills:
o Ability to relate operations to finance
o Teamwork
