Mission:
1. Ensure customer's order could be processed in SAP system efficiently
2. Implement standard order process according to group policy
3. Work together with supply chain to achieve KPI (ITO)
4. Increase and guarantee the level of customer satisfaction according to group policy
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle the enquiry from customers
2. Prepare quotation for customers
3. Take and process the order from customers
4. Follow up the order status
5. Arrange reverse logistic according to RMA process
6. Communicate with supply chain to ensure SLA
7. Control AR through strict adherence to credit policy
8. Deal with customer claims and deliver good service
Education/Training Required:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline OR a Technical Associates degree with related work experience
2. 2–3 years of customer service (order processing) experience
3. ERP or SAP experience is preferred.
4. Good communication skills
5. Familiarity with business process flows and Sales/Distribution ERP knowledge
6. Knowledge and work experience within fast moving consumer goods and packaging industry
7. Good verbal and written communication skills that result in a clear presentation and understanding of details and facts
8. Positive attitude focused on developing a winning team. Influence and motivate others through personal example
