Main Tasks:
1. In conjunction with the sales and marketing leaders, define a differentiating product marketing strategy that helps meet growth targets. And managing the sales & marketing programs that drive demand for products
2. Analyzing the input from the marketing research colleague to support product (CP/WH) pricing and promotional strategy with the sales and marketing leaders before the season. Planning the launch of new products and releasing, managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
3. Looking at many streams of data on a local, regional or national level to determine the demographics and buying trends of current and potential customers. Being the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria;
4. I***estigating competitors and their pricing, creating and administering surveys, questionnaires and other information gathering devices, being the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
5. Driving development of product (CP/WH) positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market.
6. Communicating the value propositions and differentiating attributes of the products (CP/WH) to the sales team and develop the sales tools and training that support the selling process.
7. Coordinating marketing strategies across six sales branch regions to best share and leverage knowledge and information of product
任职资格:
1、Bachelor degree in business or marketing.
2、3 to 5 years product marketing experience in relevant industry.
3、Excellent communication skills both in writing as well as in speaking, strong team working character, independent working style, stress resistance and able to set priorities.
