职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司总体发展战略目标，制订公司人力资源战略发展规划
2、负责编制年度人力资源需求计划表，经公司领导批准后，组织实施
3、负责完成公司组织架构及岗位的设计、评价及完善工作，组织各岗位工作分析和人员定岗定编
4、建立公司人员招聘体系，根据公司人力资源需求，拟定公司年度招聘计划
5、根据各关键岗位任职要求及人员素质特点，编制公司总部关键岗位职业发展通道
6、拟定本部门及员工的岗位职责、任职要求，开展本部门员工的岗位技能培训及绩效考核等人力资源相关工作。
任职资格：
1、年龄：35-42岁之间，***优先考虑，本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业；
2、 有系统化人力资源核心模块实战经验；
3、 外企背景从业经验、民营企业经验，做过团队管理；
