职位描述：
Position Request ：
1. Business and analytical mindset, interested in fashion, service mentality, detail oriented and quality conscious.
2. Experienced in European fashion footwear market, preferably in lady shoes.
3. Strong merchandising skills with ability to drive business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
4. At least 6 years footwear merchandising experience, of which minimum 2 years in the team leader position.
5. Strong understanding of lady shoes products, preferably with some tech. knowledge on development and production
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills 7. Good at English and can use it as language at work.
8. Proactive and able to work independently in fast pace and under high pressure.
9. Good at planning and prioritizing tasks for the team, ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results.
10. A positive attitude with strong leadership.
11. Be willing to learn and improve, a fast learner and able to adapt to work with different complex procedures. 12. Experienced user for microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.)

Job Responsibility：
The job of an TWL merchandiser team leader comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun and creation, Your to-do-list includes,
· Lead a team of merchandisers, Set an example for your team and act as a role model.
· Bussiness achivement: Responsible for meeting business target of the team
· Customer service:
1. Ensure that your team is providing excellent customer service on best sourcing, best development, best price, quality and shipment on time are given to our customers.
2. Participate window shopping, arrange good collection and present to customers, arrange trip & meeting schedule for overseas buyers & designers
3. Supplier chain management: Control factories on both development and production profermance, work closely with QA/QC team to ensure our product quality and delivery, evaluate suppliers' performance together with the rest of the team. Optimize supplier resources and provide trainning to them.
· Team management:
1. Support merchandiser team to be proactive and productive, to take more initiative & solve problem and share them with the rest of the group.
2. Supervision on team merchandisers' work performance. Make sure the team will develop and grow by giving & taking feedback, build up a top performing team.
3.Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods together with the implements of company's strategies.
4. Provide training and capabililty development to team members on merchandising related activities. 举报 分享
