1. 安全责任
Safety Responsibility
1.1贯彻执行《安全生产法》,落实《安全生产责任制》,将执行安全责任作为第一责任。
Fully implement <Safety Production Law> and , perform safety responsibilities as priority.
2.生产线自动化设计及工装设计
2.1产品生产过程中改进线体,实现半自动与全自动与生产线结合;
Improvement of line body in production process to achieve combination of semi-automatic line and fully automatic line;
2.2工序调整及人员精减设计;
Process adjustment and personnel streamlining design;
2.3根据产品特性设计工装,减轻员工劳动强度,提高生产效率。
Reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency based on product characteristic tooling design..
3.设备管理
3.1组织根据新产品特性,提出设备配置需求;
Making equipment configuration requirements according to new product features;
3.2监督新设备的安装、调试及验收工作;
Supervision of installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment;
3.3监督设备日常维护及保养工作。
Supervision of equipment routine maintenance and repair work.
4.团队管理
Team management
4.1对下属各个岗位进行分工,确定岗位的职责和任职要求,并协同人事行政部形成岗位说明书;
Division of labor allocated to each position subordinate, determining their duties and tenure requirements, and coordinating with the Personnel Administration Department in working out the JOB DESCRIPTION;
4.2组织下属学习和执行工作流程、制度和工作守则,并监督下属的工作质量和工作效率;
Organizing the subordinate to learn and implement the working process, systems and codes of practice, and supervising the subordinate’s work quality and efficiency;
4.3负责部门工作计划的制定、工作总结和分析;
Responsible for the development, work summary and analysis of his own department;
4.4负责本部门员工工作业绩的考核;
Responsible for assessment of his own department’s employees’ performance;
4.5提出下属人员的招聘、任用、提拔和解职申请;
Proposing the recruitment, appointment, promotion and dismissal application for the subordinate;
4.6对下属各个岗位进行分工,确定岗位的职责和任职要求,并协同人事行政部形成岗位说明书。

任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,机械设计及自动化等专业
College and higher education, mechanical design and automation and other major
2、五年以上机械设计经验;
More than five years of experience in mechanical design;
3、熟悉本公司产品工艺流程、产品特性、设备性能等,具有机械设计、机械加工、设备管理等方面相关知识。
Familiar with the company’s product process, product characteristics and equipment performance, and have relevant knowledge in mechanical design, machining, equipment management and other aspects.
4、办公软件操作技能;外语技能(英语熟练)。
Office software skills; language skills (proficiency in English).
