我们需要你做什么？
1、参与公司发展规划、业务经营计划的编制和重大决策。
2、根据公司业务发展战略及项目推广的经营目标，制定和实施直营模式渠道推广计划与销售实施方案。
3、制定完善的政策和策略，指导销售团队完成整体销售目标。
4、参与职业培训项目，并做好调查培训需求，编制、调整、执行培训计划。
5、根据公司业务发展需要及各区域市场特点，定期收集各类培训项目市场行情变化及重点竞争对手的推广策略、市场策略等信息，并对市场信息进行分析、预测，提出和制定有效的市场营销策略和战术，指导团队敢于善于竞争，并在竞争中取胜。
6、负责市场运营团队建设，根据集团发展规划、业务经营计划，做好市场运营团队人力筛选、培训、考核、管理工作。
7、建立和完善集团各项推广销售管理和绩效考核规章制度，推动集团市场管理的规范化、科学化和不断进步。
我们需要你具备什么？
  1、工商管理、市场营销等专业本科以上学历优选。
  2、5年以上管理工作经验，具有教育培训行业管理经历。
  3、对销售有深刻认知，具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力，有组织团队、率领团队渠道开发、市场拓展和产品销售的能力。
  4、较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力，具备大型活动的策划组织和现场管理能力。
  5、有良好的职业操守，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通、协调、组织与开拓能力。
